Who we are

JD Sites is a web design business based in Glasgow, Scotland, operated by Josh Duncan. By engaging our services you agree to the following terms.

Services

JD Sites provides website design and related services to clients. The scope of each project will be agreed between JD Sites and the client prior to work beginning.

Timelines

We do not guarantee specific delivery timescales. Project timelines depend on a number of factors including client responsiveness, content provision, and project complexity. We will always aim to complete work as efficiently as possible.

Payments

Payments are collected securely via GoCardless. Work will begin once initial payment has been confirmed. For monthly retainer clients, payments are collected automatically on a recurring basis and can be cancelled at any time.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with the final result, you may request a refund. In the event a refund is issued, your website will be taken offline and all associated files will remain the property of JD Sites. No refund will be issued for work already completed on an ongoing retainer.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and any materials required to complete your project. Delays caused by late or incomplete content provision are not the responsibility of JD Sites.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the completed website design is yours to use. JD Sites reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability

JD Sites will not be held liable for any loss of business, revenue, or data arising from the use or unavailability of your website.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
